A facelift is an operation which contours the jawline and tightens the neck. The deep plane facelift, which we perform on all patients, adds the midface (lower eye to corner of mouth). There are only a handful of surgeons who have the advanced training and experience to perform a deep plane facelift. We do not routinely perform browlifts on patients but it is common to lift the outer corner of the brow with a facelift.

Understanding the Facelift
Your safety is always a primary concern for us and we do not use general anesthesia. All of our surgeries are performed using conscious sedation, or “twilight sleep” as an outpatient in our AAAHC-certified operating suite. You will feel as if you are asleep for the entire procedure and will not experience any pain.
