New Jersey Plastic Surgeon, Robert Glasgold, MD
Robert Glasgold, M.D., a board certified facial plastic surgeon specializes in primary and revision rhinoplasty and facial rejuvenation procedures, including blepharoplasty, facelift and facial fat transfer. He also has expertise in minimally invasive facial rejuvenation procedures. He has been instrumental in organizing courses on facial fat transfer and rhinoplasty for the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery annual meetings. He has made significant contributions to
the facial plastic surgery literature, including numerous textbook chapters on facial fat transfers, Chin / Cheek Implants, and endoscopic browlifts, as well as co-authoring a textbook, Complementary Fat Grafting.
Dr. Robert Glasgold graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. After receiving his M.D. from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, NJ, he began his residency in the Department of General Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. He went on to distinguish himself as resident and chief resident in head and neck surgery at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, New York Presbyterian Hospital/Cornell Medical Center, and Memorial Sloan-Kettering
Cancer Center, all in Manhattan. A fellowship program in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery followed, under the auspices of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS). He is now Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School
Dr. Glasgold is married to Jean Goh, a pediatrician in private practice, and the proud parent of two children. In his free time, Dr. Glasgold enjoys sailing, exercising, reading, and photography.
