Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 48 (business) hour notice. Cancellation without a 48 hour notice will result in a charge (1/2 cost of scheduled session) for your session, as that time had been set aside specifically for you. You will not be able to book another appointment until you have paid for the one you missed.
Late Policy
Please call if you know you will be late for an appointment, we will try to work with you, but may need to reschedule. Showing up late without calling, will not get you seen as there are other scheduled appointments waiting.
No Show Policy
Appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, unless prior arrangements have been made. You will not be able to make future appointments until payment is made for your missed appointment (1/2 cost of scheduled appointment).
No Show Policy Pre-Payment to rebook after cancelation or no show
Aside from the charge for the missed appointment, our policy is:
To reschedule an appointment you missed, a prepayment of $100 is required (to be applied towards the rescheduled visit).
This payment can only be applied to the newly scheduled appointment and cannot be used for other purposes. If you chose to reschedule your appointment the pre-payment is forfeited. If this happens 3 times we will be unable to reschedule any additional appointments. This excludes surgical follow ups within the global period for that procedure.
These policies have been adopted to insure that the doctor’s time and efforts are respected.
