Dear Dr. Mark,

I just want to thank you again for everything that you have done for me. I feel so much better about my appearance and my attitude when I talk to people. I no longer feel like everyone is staring at my wrinkles.
I hope the many people who have asked for your card are seeing you. There have been many compliments to you on your incredible work and I just wanted to share this with you.
